About the Role A fast-moving software startup is searching for a Senior Engineer to help build cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. You’ll work directly with our technical leadership to bring high-performance, user-focused tools to life. What You'll Do Build Scalable Systems: Develop secure, robust backend services using Python and modern development frameworks. Integrate AI/ML: Lead the development and integration of intelligent features using machine learning models to automate complex workflows. Collaborate on Frontend: Help shape and implement intuitive user interfaces using modern web technologies. Own Quality: Uphold rigorous standards for performance, code quality, and maintainability. Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with leadership, engineers, and designers to ship impactful features. Stay Ahead: Keep pace with advances in AI/ML and software architecture, and proactively integrate best practices. Lead with Autonomy: Take full ownership of your work and contribute meaningfully to the product and engineering direction. Your Background 3 years of professional development experience, especially with Python and AI/ML. Strong initiative, self-direction, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
