As the leader of this function, you’ll have the chance to modernise and reshape documentation processes, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of engineers and customers. While 80% of manuals are already in place, your expertise will be instrumental in problem-solving, process improvement, and driving efficiency across the business. You’ll work closely with engineers and senior leaders to enhance content quality and create a lasting impact on a large, innovative organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of technical writers, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to enhance documentation processes. Improve content management strategies – experience with CMS tools (e.g., Author-it or similar) is essential. Utilise Microsoft Office expertise to manage documentation workflows effectively. Drive improvements that will help streamline processes for engineers across the business.
