In this role you will design, develop and enhance a large-scale SIP and VoIP platform along with its associated REST APIs and value-add services. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to build integrations with external systems, including AI-driven voice, transcription and sentiment analysis services. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting complex SIP/RTP issues and ensuring secure, compliant software design throughout the platform. This role would suit a Software Developer with a background in VoIP / SIP, real-time communications, and secure software design who wants to work on technically demanding projects with real-world impact.
