Seeking a Business System Analyst to lead the implementation of innovative technologies, optimize workflows, and enhance our clients service management platforms. The role involves driving transformation in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project scope and vision Adapt current processes to future state and develop Level 3 process maps Build trust with stakeholders through project knowledge Provide input on project visions, charters, and epics Create quality requirements within project scope Lead meetings and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders Communicate change impacts and demonstrate future state during workshops Plan and facilitate testing, track defects, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction Obtain sign-offs for activities like process mapping and UAT Provide post-launch stability support Regularly update leaders and project managers on status, risks, and mitigation plans Must-Have Skills: ServiceNow Expertise: Strong understanding of core modules (Incident, Change, Request, CMDB, Case, Project) and ability to refine requirements tailored to the platform. Requirements Gathering & Story Writing: Proven ability to lead workshops, translate business needs into clear user stories, and manage backlogs in Agile or hybrid environments. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Skilled in liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather feedback, align priorities, and manage expectations. UAT Leadership: Experience in designing and facilitating UAT plans, documenting results, triaging defects, and ensuring stakeholder sign-off. Analytical Thinking & Process Mapping: Proficient in analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and using tools like Lucidchart or Miro for process flows. Nice-to-Have Skills: ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL best practices to enhance alignment between business processes and ServiceNow implementation. ServiceNow Custom Applications: Understanding of extending the platform beyond out-of-box ITSM modules. Technical Acumen: Basic knowledge of JSON, REST, or ServiceNow scripting to improve collaboration with developers. Change Management & Training: Experience in supporting end-user training, documentation, or organizational change initiatives. Agile/Scrum Practices: Familiarity with agile ceremonies and tools like Jira or ServiceNow Agile.
