Applying and evolving design systems to maintain consistency across products. Crafting wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets to support product development. Advocating for user-centric design principles and fostering a culture of UX excellence. Evaluating and refining UX implementations for optimal usability and engagement. Continuously improving UX processes, tools, and best practices in collaboration with leadership. ✅ Required Experience: 3 years of UX design experience with a focus on enterprise-grade digital products in Agile environments. Proficiency in UX research, including user journey mapping and usability testing. Advanced skills in interaction design, visual design, wireframing, and prototyping. A creative, user-focused approach that balances aesthetics and functionality. Deep understanding of current and emerging UX trends. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions effectively.
