Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in Microsoft solutions and previous experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base through consultative selling of Microsoft products and managed IT services. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with a focus on Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365). Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT managers, and procurement teams. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized proposals, solutions, and presentations tailored to client requirements. Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified leads using CRM systems and regularly update sales forecasts and activity reports. Drive growth through upselling and cross-selling of managed IT services and Microsoft-based solutions. Stay up to date with Microsoft licensing changes, new products, and evolving market trends. Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and partner functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Requirements: Proven experience (3 years) in business development or sales within the IT industry, ideally with a Managed Service Provider. Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and licensing models. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships and close mid-to-large scale B2B deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with sales CRM platforms. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Microsoft certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing relationships with Microsoft or other Tier 1 vendors. Previous involvement in co-selling programs or partner-led sales initiatives. Understanding of managed service contracts, SLAs, and ITIL-based service delivery.
