Key responsibilities Strategic leadership – set and drive product strategy, goals and KPIs. Cross-functional collaboration – align Publishing, Tech and Commercial on priorities. Team management – mentor and grow a high-performing product team. Stakeholder engagement – communicate roadmaps and insights across the business. Execution & scalability – deliver initiatives on time, iterating processes as we scale. Data-driven decision-making – balance short-term wins with long-term vision. About you Proven experience – 7 years in product management or leadership roles, including strategic oversight of product teams. End-to-end product expertise – deep understanding of the full life cycle, from ideation through execution. Influential collaborator – able to build relationships and shape decisions with senior stakeholders across the business. Outstanding communicator – skilled at navigating complex dynamics and collaborating effectively across teams. Data‑driven mindset – relentlessly focused on results and measurable impact. Tech‑enabled background – experience in startups or other tech-driven environments. Hands‑on leader – comfortable blending high-level strategy, people leadership and sleeves‑rolled‑up execution.
