They're ready to scale and need a hands-on CTO to own that journey. What you'll do: Set the technical vision & roadmap for our web (React), mobile (React Native) and backend (Laravel PHP) stack. Lead & grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists and DevOps proscoaching, hiring and levelling up. Scale our infrastructure on AWS to handle millions of daily feed impressions, marketplace transactions and AIdriven features. Champion security & reliability Drive product innovation in gamification and computervision / AI features (Unity, Python AI/ML, OpenAI APIs).
