A leading public sector Workday customer is seeking an experienced Workday Benefits Lead to guide a full-scale transformation from a legacy HCMS to Workday HCM . This 18-month contract offers hands-on ownership of Workday Benefits configuration, testing, integrations, and deployment. About the Role Lead the setup and launch of the Workday Benefits module Own all configuration, testing, and delivery of Workday Benefits functionality Support benefits events, life event processing, and employee onboarding Manage integrations between Workday and external Canadian benefits vendors Serve as escalation point for complex Workday Benefits and eligibility issues Key Requirements 5 years of HRIS and requirements management experience 3 years working with Workday HCM , especially Workday Benefits Strong knowledge of Canadian benefits plans and administration Hands-on experience with requirements-based testing Eligibility for enhanced reliability clearance
