An fast-growing company in the cloud media services space is looking for a Contract Business Analyst to join their talented team. As they continue to scale, they need a skilled Business Analyst to support multiple client-facing digital transformation and system integration projects. You'll work closely with stakeholders and collaborate with internal engineering, development, and sales teams to deliver solutions for complex media workflows. As a Contract Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include: Researching and analysing how businesses operate – including people, processes, data, and technology. Identifying areas for improvement and helping design better ways of working. Managing requirements across all project stages to ensure alignment with business goals. Creating wireframes and writing clear user stories. Leading UAT sessions with clients.
