We are partnered with a leading global organisation known for delivering outstanding employee experiences. They are seeking a Contract IT Business Analyst to deliver key HR and Finance system projects across multiple regions. We are looking for a Contract Business Analyst with experience in complex environments while meeting business objectives. Role Overview: Manage the migration of the Australian Time Management system, including process mapping and UAT support. Lead the implementation of a global Learning Experience Platform (LXP), supporting integration, testing, and change management. Roll out a shared HR ticketing platform for US and UK employees, documenting workflows and coordinating testing. Support the implementation of a new global Finance ERP system, focusing on process documentation and user testing. Collaborate with internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
