Job Title: Sharepoint Specialist Location: UK (Hybrid) London, Manchester or Loughborough Sector: Sports Salary: £55,000 We're looking for an experienced SharePoint Specialist to manage and support a hybrid SharePoint environment, with a strong focus on both on-prem (2016 to SE) and M365 . You’ll play a key role in maintaining business-critical legacy systems while helping lead the full migration to the cloud over the next 12–18 months. The Role Maintain and support all SharePoint on-prem farms and M365 environment Drive governance, structure, and user adoption across the organisation Lead on integrating SharePoint with Azure / Entra, including B2B/B2C setups Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement scalable solutions Administer permissions, metadata, site collections, and document libraries Provide BAU support, user training, and issue resolution What You’ll Need 3–5 years' experience with SharePoint 2016 to SE and M365 in an admin capacity Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, service apps, and infrastructure Experience with Azure integration, MFA, and app registrations Confident using PowerShell and working with end users to gather requirements Bonus if you have experience with Nintex, Power BI, or Dynamics
