We’re looking for a techno-functional SME to guide and optimize our channel distribution strategy. About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned SiteMinder/DerbySoft Subject Matter Expert with strong techno-functional skills to advise, design, and optimize hotel channel management and distribution solutions. This is a strategic role where you will work closely with stakeholders to enhance system integrations and maximize booking performance across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Provide SME-level advisory across channel management solutions, especially SiteMinder and DerbySoft. Lead or support the implementation and integration of SiteMinder within the broader hospitality tech ecosystem (PMS, CRS, RMS). Evaluate and optimize OTA strategies, including integration with TravelClick and similar platforms. Collaborate with IT and commercial teams to ensure alignment between technical execution and distribution objectives. Troubleshoot issues across the tech stack, offering both functional insights and technical solutions. Requirements: 5 years in hospitality technology with a strong focus on channel management systems. Hands-on experience implementing SiteMinder and related tools in the hospitality ecosystem. Deep understanding of hotel distribution platforms, including PMS (e.g., Opera, Protel), CRS, RMS, and OTA connectivity. Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of bridging technical details with business needs. Proven success in optimizing online distribution and third-party channel performance.
