We are looking for an Azure Support Engineer to join a growing organisation in a new role for the company. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Azure IT support who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys troubleshooting complex cloud issues. Responsibilities: Provide support for Azure cloud services and infrastructure Monitor, maintain, and optimize Azure environments, ensuring high availability and performance Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, liaising with vendors where necessary Assist in the deployment, configuration, and automation of cloud services Implement and maintain security best practices within Azure environments Collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to improve cloud infrastructure Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in an Azure IT support environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, Virtual Machines, and Networking Experience with Azure environment setup and management Understanding of ITIL processes and experience working with ticketing systems Desirable: Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-900, AZ-500) Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or fast-paced IT support role What’s on Offer?
