Senior Systems Engineer Responsibilities: Install and support routers, switches, and access points onsite and remotely Onboard and deploy SD-WAN solutions and projects Troubleshoot multivendor network devices remotely and onsite Conduct site surveys and swap non-functional equipment Lead or contribute to project-based network installations Perform customer adds, moves, and changes across varied locations Collaborate with project coordinators and engineers to ensure project success Maintain and diagnose issues across multivendor network hardware Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and solutions Senior Systems Engineer Requirements: Strong knowledge in one or more of the following - Cisco, Juniper, or HPE Aruba solutions (Routers, Switches, APs) Experience in SD-WAN and multivendor network environments Professional certifications (Cisco or Juniper or HPE) or equivalent experience Solid routing and switching knowledge Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Hands-on experience with network diagnostic tools Configuration and dashboard management expertise Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly organised with a flexible, customer-first approach What's in it for me?
