As a result of that success they are looking to add to their support team; a role and opportunity well suited to someone looking to further their career and knowledge. This position will be a dual role of software and internal IT support offering a diverse, challenging workload whilst working in a supportive and high-performing environment. Duties will include: Software Support Problem solving and troubleshooting Management of incidents User training Technical and software assistance Ongoing maintenance of Hardware and Software IT/Desktop Support First and second-line IT assistance System configuration and administration Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing Maintenance and awareness of IT security Working closely with the DevOps team This role will require the successful candidate to participate in a weekly on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and address critical IT issues as they arise, our client offers an enhanced rate for this.
