FT Recruitment is working with a well-known IT business looking to recruit a Service Desk Supervisor in a newly created role. This position will be supervising a team of 4, ensuring they are performing and delivering as per agreed client terms. Key duties: Empower and support others while solving a variety of IT challenges. Lead and mentor a team of talented IT Engineers to enhance service quality. Drive continuous improvement by optimising processes and maintaining clear documentation. Act as the main point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions. Oversee daily support operations to maintain smooth and efficient service delivery. This role would suit a candidate who has at least 3 years of experience working within a service desk environment, whilst having first-class customer service skills. The successful candidate will be extremely organised, professional, process-focused, whilst having excellent internal personal skills and enjoying coaching and mentoring others.
