Having delivered several successful client projects with a team of trusted freelance partners, our client is now looking to make their first permanent hire – A Lead AI Product Designer to lead and deliver client project work, and act as the founders right-hand as the agency grows. This is the perfect opportunity for a Lead Product Designer who wants to play an active role in business growth and strategy as well as leading teams and delivering hands on project work. Essential experience: Brilliant client/stakeholder management skills; able to persuade and influence in order to deliver brilliant work Has led design project work and managed teams in delivering work Possesses a multifaceted design toolkit, skilled in exploring user and business needs, working through ux and interaction design into crafting beautiful and functional user interfaces Has experience of working in AI & data-rich products, with understanding of foundational design principles for said products.
