About the Role Futureheads are partnered with a fast growing scale-up and they are now looking for another Product Manager to lead the Loyalty product offering. You will take full ownership of the loyalty programme, from strategy and roadmap to delivery and ongoing optimisation. Your goal is to deliver a seamless membership experience that drives customer engagement, retention, and repeat visits. This is a hands-on role, focused on creating products that customers love. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end loyalty product experience, managing the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, engagement, retention, and churn prevention. Develop and execute a clear digital product vision and roadmap, including opportunity sizing, stakeholder alignment, resource planning, and delivery oversight. Identify and prioritise product opportunities that align with business goals and drive growth. Maintain a deep understanding of customer motivations, behaviours, and needs through qualitative and quantitative research. Collect and analyse customer feedback across digital and physical touchpoints to inform product development. Manage continuous product development within an agile framework, ensuring rapid iteration and delivery. Skills & Experience Minimum 4 years’ experience in product management, with 2 years in loyalty, rewards, or subscription products. Experience in entertainment or hospitality sectors is a plus but not required. Proven success in leading complex product initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes, particularly in conversion optimisation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and roadmaps. Experience working in agile teams, applying iterative and data-driven approaches to product development. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams. 4 days a week in the London office
