Package £40-£45k (or CIS) Van & fuel card Hours: 8-5 Location: Cornwall Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Civils & PIA Supervisor to support the delivery of FTTH builds across Cornwall. You’ll be overseeing civils and PIA field teams, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and compliance standards. This role requires a solid grounding in both PIA and Civils, with a stronger emphasis on Civils supervision. Key Responsibilities Supervise field teams and subcontractors across civils, poling, ducting, and fibre build activities. Support daily and weekly delivery plans to ensure project milestones are met. Conduct on-site inspections and ensure works meet quality, NRSWA, and health & safety standards. Liaise with local authorities and internal stakeholders to manage permits, risks, and updates. Carry out audits, resolve issues on site, and escalate where needed. Monitor progress reports, identify risks, and ensure timely close-out of corrective actions. Oversee documentation, including as-builts and handover packs. Experience At least 3 years’ experience supervising civils works within fibre/telecoms. Strong understanding of PIA, underground, poling, and reinstatement processes. Knowledge of fibre network builds (ideally FTTH). NRSWA Supervisor accreditation (other tickets can be expired). PIA accreditations Full UK driving licence
