We're recruiting for a Senior Software Engineer to join a cross-functional platform team. This isn't just about building features, it's about shaping the future of a mission-critical system used by some of the world’s top enterprises. Responsibilities include: Lead efforts to modernise a complex monolithic codebase into a scalable architecture. Get hands-on with legacy systems and greenfield development. Collaborate in agile sprints, taking ownership from planning to delivery. Mentor teammates, review code, and share knowledge across the team. The successful Senior Software Engineer will have: 5–10 years' experience in software development, ideally across multiple domains. Strong proficiency in C++ and desktop application development on Windows (Win32 experience is a plus). Experience modernising legacy platforms and working within a platform team structure. Bonus points for familiarity with Qt, C#/.NET, or front-end tech like React/TypeScript.
