What You'll Do: We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You’ll be leading the design direction for our web and mobile apps, ensuring every user touchpoint is intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging. This is a pivotal role where you’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to craft exceptional digital experiences. What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end design process for new and existing products across web and mobile platforms. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that bring product ideas to life. Own the overall look, feel, and usability of our applications, ensuring consistency and innovation. Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional interfaces, providing guidance and feedback throughout the build process. Communicate design decisions clearly across cross-functional teams, advocating for the user while balancing business and technical requirements. Review builds and give actionable feedback to developers to ensure the product matches the intended design and user journey. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our products modern and competitive. What We’re Looking For Proven experience (5 years) as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality web and mobile design work. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience creating user journeys that are both functional and beautiful. Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, colour, layout, and attention to detail. Technical fluency - you’re able to speak developers’ language and help bridge the gap between design and development. Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and familiarity with prototyping tools and design systems. Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, or JavaScript Excellent communication skills - you can clearly articulate your design choices and explain the user journey to both technical and non-technical audiences.
