Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/30/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Cath Lab/IR Tech – Travel Contract Shift: 3x12 Days (5:30 AM – 6:00 PM), includes weekends Contract Length: 13 Weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab/IR Tech to join a high-performing cardiovascular and interventional radiology team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both cardiac and peripheral procedures, with a strong background in either scrubbing or imaging—or ideally, both. This role supports a hybrid environment that blends interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular care with additional IR cases such as mediports, pacemakers, and dialysis catheters. Key Responsibilities: Assist in procedures in a hybrid lab setting, including cardiac catheterizations, peripheral vascular interventions, and implants Operate imaging equipment (GE MacLab; transitioning to Phillips Xper in 2026) Perform scrubbing duties and assist in all procedures as needed Collaborate with a team of 2 RNs and 2 Techs per room Participate in rotating call schedule, including some weekends and holidays (30-minute response time required) Ensure accurate patient care without monitoring or documentation responsibilities Required Experience & Skills: Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience Proficient in either imaging or scrubbing; both preferred Familiarity with IR and peripheral vascular procedures Experience with: Impellas IABP Shockwave IVUS FFR/IFR Swans Rotoblators Certifications: BLS – Required RCIS via CCI – Required ARRT – Preferred (ideal for candidates who can both scrub and image) Additional Information: Unit: 3 Labs (including 1 Hybrid Room), 7 holding rooms Average of 16 cases/day Scrubs provided (Royal Blue) EMR: Cerner Soarian Orientation: 2–3 shifts with preceptor No floating required Ready to elevate your career in a fast-paced, innovative Cath Lab/IR environment?
