This role requires flexibility with variable weekday shifts and rotating call. The unit handles large, complex surgical cases across 16 service lines. First-time travelers welcome. Unit Details: of OR Suites: 22 (expandable to 26 across 3 floors) Avg Cases/Day: 50–65 Charting: Cerner Scrubs: Teal (provided) Orientation: 2 days with surgical tech, scavenger hunt, and HR/leadership intro Common Cases: GYN, Urology, Vascular, Ortho (joints), Neuro, Cardiovascular, Thoracic, General (Breast/HPB/Bariatrics), Plastics, ENT, Transplants (kidney/pancreas), Sports Med, Robotics (DaVinci Xi – GYN, URO, General) Must-Have Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 year scrubbing experience ENT experience: FESS, septoplasty, cochlear implant, thyroid/parathyroid DaVinci Xi robotics experience (GYN/URO/General) Graduate of accredited program BLS certification Scheduling & Call Requirements: Shifts: 4x10s; M–F with consistent start times weekly Call: 1x per 4 weeks (weekday or 24-hr weekend), 30-min response time No holidays or floating required Block scheduling not available Additional Info: Supportive surgical team environment with high traveler retention Earphones required for orientation modules WA state tax auto-deducted (can be re-added to package) Job ID: 16745431 About Genie Healthcare Genie Healthcare is one of the fastest growing Nurse Travel Agencies in the USA.
