This position involves care across acute, swing bed/skilled nursing, and outpatient settings. Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy Active California PT license Current AHA BLS Certification Passed the NPTE At least 1 year of experience in acute, SNF, or outpatient care Must be comfortable commuting between two facilities Skills & Abilities: Strong communication and patient rapport skills Proficient with computers and EMRs Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient types Timely and professional documentation and follow-through Note: RTO must be disclosed and approved during the offer stage.
