岗位职责: •Engage and communicate with customers to understand their business needs and requirements, including conducting research, analyzing workflows, designing solutions, creating product prototypes, writing PRD, facilitating development handovers, conducting requirement validation, and providing post-implementation support. •Lead product design activities, including module and feature design, and collaborate with development teams to ensure successful product implementation. •Collaborate with business architects to conduct business analysis, define business architecture, and design appropriate solutions. •Assist senior management in product management tasks, including identifying market opportunities, defining product definitions, segmenting target customer groups, researching target users, designing value propositions, and creating business plans/product roadmaps. 任职资格: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. •At least 3-year experience in product management or a related role within the construction technology industry or B2B related solutions is preferred. •Relevant construction experience, such as working on construction sites or having building construction-related knowledge, is highly valued. •Deep understanding of construction management processes, workflows, and industry-specific challenges within the UK market. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders. •Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and tools. •Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working with engineering teams. •Results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering successful products to the market. •Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. •Willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites, conferences, and company headquarters as required.
