IT Helpdesk Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Helpdesk Analyst to join the dynamic team at the Goodwood Estate , supporting over 650 users across a truly unique and varied environment. In this exciting and fast-paced role, youll be responsible for resolving support tickets related to hardware and software across the estateno two days are the same! Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT hardware and software issues Log all incidents, problems, and service requests accurately Patch software vulnerabilities in a timely and secure manner Take ownership of user issues and see them through to resolution Manage IT onboarding and offboarding for new starters and leavers Maintain accurate inventory of IT hardware and software Create and update internal knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user manuals Diagnose and resolve software and hardware faults efficiently Escalate complex issues to the IT Engineering team as needed Qualities You Will Possess A genuine passion for technology and IT support Positive, friendly, and proactive with a can-do attitude High attention to detail and organisational skills A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently A team player with excellent communication skills Confidence in decision-making and problem resolution A great sense of humour and fun-loving attitude What You Need to Be Successful A desire to learn and grow within an IT career A confident and professional phone manner Strong written and verbal communication skills A structured and conscientious approach to customer service Prior experience in a similar IT support role Desirable Technical Skills Microsoft 365 (including Entra, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint) Windows 11 / Windows Server Active Directory Server Backup Solutions Email Hygiene Solutions Why Join Goodwood?
