Join our team as a Machine Learning Developer II to develop and implement innovative AI and machine learning tools aimed at improving and automating business processes. This role also involves developing tools for enhancing data quality. You will work with large datasets and advanced models to prototype and deliver high-impact solutions. This is a hybrid role based in San Diego, with in-office presence required.
Responsibilities
– Design, build, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models.
– Develop data quality improvement tools to enhance data integrity and reliability.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be addressed with ML solutions.
– Perform rapid prototyping and iterative model development.
– Communicate technical concepts clearly through verbal and written communication.
Required Skills
– Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
– Experience with Generative AI (GenAI)
– Deep understanding of machine learning and algorithms
– Experience with Databricks for large-scale data processing and ML workflows
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Experience with rapid prototyping
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
– 3+ years of experience working in data science or machine learning roles
– Proven track record of delivering ML solutions in a business environment
