Brand Analytics Manager Remote Ontario based $100-130k One of the world’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, dedicated to delivering life-changing medicines and therapies across global markets. As they advance their digital and data transformation, they are investing in cutting-edge analytics to drive smarter, more personalized customer engagement. The Role You’ll be embedded in the heart of brand strategy for one of the drug departments either in Women’s Health or Prostate Cancer, working directly with Brand Directors and leadership teams to uncover insights, explain performance trends, and help drive smarter commercial decisions. Partner with brand teams as their primary analytics resource—helping shape strategy through data. Own the end-to-end analytical process: from exploratory number-crunching to storytelling with insights. Conduct survival analysis, market access deep dives, and support promotional mix modeling where needed. Dig into large, complex data sets to surface trends and synthesize business implications. Package insights into crisp, compelling narratives that drive real-world decisions. Your Skills & Experience Strong SQL—you’re confident navigating and manipulating large data sets. Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R for statistical analysis and modeling. Demonstrated experience analyzing complex data and extracting meaningful, actionable insights. Excellent business storytelling - able to translate analytics into executive-ready narratives. Comfort working independently, proactively solving problems and partnering with stakeholders. Experience in pharma or life sciences is a plus, but not a must—we care more about your curiosity and impact mindset.
