They’re currently hiring a Customer Data Analyst to support their Audio Division , helping shape smarter decisions across marketing, competitions, content strategy, and audience development. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Customer Data Analyst will have the following role and responsibilities: Analyse audience behaviour across digital and audio platforms to uncover trends, preferences, and engagement drivers Work on key initiatives such as audience segmentation, competition targeting, and campaign performance analysis Contribute to strategies aimed at growing listener bases and expanding digital reach Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver insights that influence decision-making Support A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate new ideas and optimise campaigns Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The perfect candidate will have the following skills and experience, but please do apply even if you don't tick every box: Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis Experience in customer or product analytics Exposure to A/B testing or test-and-learn frameworks Strong storytelling skills—able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-moving environment Experience in media, digital, or gambling industries is a plus HOW TO APPLY: Interested?
