CUSTOMER DIGITAL ANALYST LONDON – 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE SALARY – UP TO £45,000 NB – NO SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED THE COMPANY This is a global leader in the health and beauty retail sector , operating across multiple markets with well-known brands both online and offline . As they continue to invest in digital analytics , they’re looking for a talented analyst to help improve customer journeys, website performance, and eCommerce strategy . THE ROLE As a Customer Digital Analyst , you’ll be responsible for tracking, analysing, and optimising digital performance across websites and mobile apps. You’ll work with GA4, A/B testing, and customer behavior analytics tools to provide insights that drive business decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment , helping to shape digital strategy and improve customer experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ✅ Work with technical teams to expand data coverage and improve tracking. ✅ Use GA4 and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to produce insightful reports. ✅ Analyse customer journeys and conversion rates , identifying opportunities for improvement. ✅ Recommend, monitor, and measure A/B tests to enhance onsite performance. ✅ Provide insights into competitor activity and industry trends . ✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations based on data. ✅ Support the execution of the digital data strategy and business objectives. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) . Experience with A/B testing and onsite customer behavior analytics (Contentsquare, Hotjar). Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Excel). Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail and accuracy . Excellent communication skills – able to present insights clearly to stakeholders. Passion for digital analytics and eCommerce performance .
