Head of Data Science & Analytics Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days in office) Full-Time | Permanent Up to £120,000 benefits Join one of the world’s largest independent media and entertainment groups , home to iconic brands across audio, publishing, and digital. This new Head of Data Science & Analytics role will lead a growing UK-based function within the Audio Division , acting as a strategic partner across digital, revenue, and marketing. You'll help shape the organisation’s data vision while leading on predictive modelling, experimentation, and insight delivery at scale. What you’ll be doing: Build and lead a team of data scientists, analysts, and BI engineers Own the strategy for how data is used to drive growth, engagement, and commercial outcomes Deliver predictive models to optimise audience targeting, content strategy, and advertising revenue Develop analytics products and tooling to support multiple business units Act as a key point of contact for European stakeholders and cross-functional teams Translate complex data into actionable insight for both technical and non-technical audiences Key skills & experience: Strong expertise in SQL and Python Proven experience building and deploying statistical and predictive models Experience leading high-performing data science or advanced analytics teams Track record of influencing strategy through data Engaging, collaborative, and able to lead with clarity and confidence HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV to Lauren McAlister via the Apply link on this page.
