The Role As the Data Science Lead, you will take charge of a high-performing team of data scientists, shaping and driving the organisation’s data strategy. You’ll deliver cutting-edge solutions such as propensity models, segmentation, LTV predictions, and AI-driven insights, all while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Your work will enable data to become a key driver of strategic decisions, creating tangible value for both customers and the business. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the data science strategy and roadmap, prioritising impactful use cases. Collaborate with key stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making across functions. Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ensuring consistent innovation and high-quality outputs. Communicate the business value of data science to both technical and non-technical audiences. Utilise advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning techniques to solve complex business challenges. What We’re Looking For Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary data teams. Hands-on expertise in machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics techniques. Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven marketing and business strategies. Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior leaders and executives.
