You’ll be part of a close-knit nine-person product and design team, building seamless user experiences across native mobile apps, a client-facing portal, and internal platforms. In this role, you'll take the lead on enhancing operational efficiency and reducing client servicing costs by developing scalable internal products that empower teams and support growth. The Role: This role is focused on designing and delivering tools that help our internal client teams work smarter as the business scales. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, client services, advice, and support to identify opportunities, automate workflows, and improve how we operate behind the scenes. Your key responsibilities will include: Product Roadmapping: Developing and maintaining a roadmap focused on internal scalability and efficiency Workflow & Automation: Mapping out operational processes and identifying areas to automate and streamline Cross-Team Collaboration: Working closely with multiple departments to translate business needs into actionable product features Requirements & Delivery: Defining clear specifications and user stories for the engineering and design teams End-to-End Ownership: Leading products through their full lifecycle—from discovery to launch and iteration Insight-Driven Development: Using data to monitor performance, gather user feedback, and refine features for maximum impact Stakeholder Communication: Keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed, clearly articulating product value and progress Your Skills and Experience: Strong communication skills—you listen first, then make yourself understood Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and designing automated solutions Hands-on experience managing backlogs, product roadmaps, and cross-functional teams Analytical thinking—you use data to guide decisions and uncover root problems Confident stakeholder manager with strong problem-solving skills Self-motivated, inquisitive, and always looking for ways to improve A collaborative mindset and low-ego approach—you’re here to build, not just own
