Senior CRM Executive Birmingham - Hybrid, 3 days a week in office Up to £38,000 This company is a leading business in the retail industry and is seeking a Senior CRM Exec to join the team. THE ROLE As Senior CRM Executive, you’ll take full ownership of the CRM lifecycle — designing, building, and optimising automated customer journeys across email, SMS, direct mail and more. You’ll play a key role in developing a high-performing CRM automation programme, using data-driven insights and a test-and-learn approach to boost engagement, conversions, and long-term customer value. You’ll be hands-on in campaign creation, with the opportunity to build using HTML and continually refine through experimentation and performance analysis.
