Responsibilities: Own and shape the data science function, setting standards for excellence in machine learning, optimisation, predictive analytics, and experimentation. Lead high-impact projects across areas like customer segmentation, CLV modelling, bidding optimisation, and advanced measurement techniques. Work closely with marketing specialists, analysts, and engineers to deliver end-to-end performance marketing solutions. Requirements: Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field Proficient in Python (core skill), with strong experience in SQL Proven track record of applying analytics in digital media, technology, or consumer-focused organisations.
