UX/UI Designer

A fast-growing online pharmacy is on the lookout for a UI/UX Designer to join their team on a 6-month contract. They need someone who can jump into ongoing projects and help refine the digital experience across their website and mobile app. UX/UI Designer - Contract Online Pharmacy £150 per day (Inside IR35) 2 Days per week in the office in Leeds Role and responsibilities Work closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative and user-friendly interfaces Conduct user research, analyze insights, and integrate findings into design solutions Support design validation through usability testing Design and refine UI components, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and a high-quality user experience Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive design systems Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools/technologies Skills and Experience 4-5 years of experience in UX/UI design Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Sketch , Adobe creative , and/or InVision Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems Experience with user research, usability testing, and gathering insights for design iterations Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail and user-centered design Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work with external agencies and internal teams effiently
