Technical Business Analyst - Sought by leading financial services - London - Permanent Required skills & experience: Gather and document business requirements from clients. Convert the clients' business requirements into technical requirements to be implemented by the software development team. Build your technical and communication skills so that you can mentor and teach others, talk with our customers, and report to stakeholders Be involved in the testing process. Take part in team meetings like daily stand-ups and refinement sessions. Participate in all aspects of the project life cycle, from idea generation to specification to release. Experience working with financial applications and platforms. A good understanding of best practice delivery processes, including documentation gathering, user story preparation and testing strategies. Some technical experience of programming or working with databases would be helpful, but not essential.
