The Role We’re formalising and strengthening our compliance framework to keep pace with customer demand and international growth. You’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining a robust compliance posture across: SOC 2 ISO 9001 ISO 27001 Emerging requirements including SOC 1 and SOCI (Australia) This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, collaborative environment and is motivated to operationalise compliance in a way that enables innovation—not restricts it . You’ll Be Responsible For: Driving and maintaining compliance across key standards (SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001) Monitoring and preparing for new requirements (e.g., SOCI, SOC 1) Working closely with leadership and technical teams to embed controls, processes, and reporting Coordinating audits and liaising with external assessors Ensuring policies, documentation, and training are aligned with industry best practices Supporting a culture of continuous improvement around risk and compliance You’ll Work With: The leadership team to align compliance with business strategy Engineering and technical teams to integrate controls and ensure scalable practices External partners and assessors to maintain certifications and fulfill audit requirements ✅ What You Bring: Proven experience with one or more of SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 (SOC 1/SOCI a plus) Ability to translate complex standards into practical, scalable processes Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience A pragmatic mindset—able to balance compliance with business agility Commitment: 2 days per week (flexible schedule) Remote work
