Centre of Excellence Model - Chapter Leads will be part of a centralised People function, responsible for growing, leading, and managing talent across different functional Software Engineering teams. Engagement & Collaboration - Chapter Leads will interact with developers, Scrum Masters, project managers, engineering leaders, and-at senior levels-product, design, and operations leadership. People-Focused Role - Their primary responsibility is to build capability, develop talent, and drive accountability whilst delivering project outcomes that are in line with business objectives. What we are looking for: Deep Industry Insight - Has hands-on experience in a relevant craft (BA, Dev, etc.) and recognises excellence in the field. Established Leadership - Demonstrated success in nurturing individuals and teams in roles like Chapter Lead or Team Lead. Supportive Guidance - Excels in mentoring, coaching, and pushing team members to grow. Strategic Performance Management - Adept at setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and addressing challenges.
