About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Commercial/Vendor Analyst to support our client’s vendor management team. In this role, you’ll help monitor vendor performance, support contract and cost analysis, and assist in ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively. What You’ll Be Doing Support the coordination of a portfolio of vendors, helping to track performance and service delivery. Assist in gathering and analysing data to ensure services are cost-effective and aligned with business needs. Help prepare reports and dashboards to monitor vendor KPIs and service levels. Participate in vendor review meetings and take notes/actions to support continuous improvement. Act as a point of contact for internal teams to help resolve vendor-related queries. Work with the wider vendor management team to maintain accurate records and ensure purchase orders are in place. What We’re Looking For Some experience or exposure to vendor management, procurement, or commercial analysis. Strong Excel and general PC skills, with the ability to analyse and present data clearly. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A keen interest in telecoms, technology, or service delivery environments. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively. What’s in It for You? A 26-week contract with potential for extension. £350 per day (in-scope of IR35).
