Your new role This is a newly created Data Operations Admin job because of business growth. This is a varied role centering around data and data validation. Duties include but not limited to: Ensuring the operational processes and administration are effectively handled Analysis of data, looking for trends within the data received from customers Ensuring all compliance is in line with contractual services levels and obligations Error resolution Investigating and resolving a number of key data exceptions Assisting with investigating any billing disputes or data queries Monitoring the status of assets and updating the database What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this job, you will require.
