Employee Relations Specialist

Join a leading telecommunications provider as an Employee Relations Advisor! Our client, a global leader in broadband, video, and communications technology, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support their UK and Netherlands operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, delivering expert ER advice and supporting key business change initiatives. Contract Overview Daily Rate : £300 per day (inside IR35) Location: Bradford (Hybrid –twice per week on-site) Contract Length: 2 Months (with visibility to extend) Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and coaching to line managers on ER issues such as absence, performance, and conduct. Manage ER casework, including risk assessment, documentation, and meeting support. Support business change processes including restructures, TUPE, and settlements. Contribute to the development of people policies and manager toolkits. Analyse ER data and trends to provide actionable insights. Prepare documentation for Employment Tribunals and manage ACAS processes. Collaborate with People Business Partners and stakeholders across the business. Key Requirements Experience in an ER or HR Advisor role with strong ER exposure. Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice. Experience supporting business change initiatives (e.g., TUPE, restructures). Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Start Date: ASAP
