About the role As a HR Data & Reporting Analyst , you will contribute to high-impact restructuring initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. If you're passionate about financial modelling, stakeholder collaboration, and driving performance improvement, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust financial models to support restructuring and budget planning. Analyse restructuring costs, FTE management, and budget performance to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with People and Finance Partnering teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication. Deliver compelling presentations using storytelling techniques to communicate complex financial insights. Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis to support strategic decision-making. Engage with key stakeholders across Finance, HR, and Transformation teams to drive performance. Support continuous improvement initiatives through proactive analysis and solution-oriented thinking. Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week) The must haves: Proven expertise in budgeting, restructuring costs, and FTE management. Strong proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling. Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities. Solid understanding of corporate finance principles.
