Interim Executive Compensation Partner - London Hybrid/Remote - Inside scope c£475 per day inside scope Working for a leading global telecoms brand. As Interim Executive Compensation Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the VP Reward on all Exec Compensation matters including on REMCO administration. You will also Business Partner with the VP of Reward, the Chief People Officer and the CEO on all SLT related pay and benefit matters, including changes to pay and pay review as well as manage new joiner and exit processes and settlement agreements for all SLT. You will manage the LTI plan, including allocations, vesting, and monthly administration and budgeting with finance. You will also manage reward communications and reward administration. The successful candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Compensation Parter within a global matrix environment where you will had managed Executive compensation including REMCO, LTIPS and STIPS. It is essential that you have supported a senior population and are quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 3-6 month duration working in a hybrid manner from the London office.
