As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of technology roles within a global IT function. You'll collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring experience.Key Responsibilities: * Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT and digital roles across international teams. * Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and implement effective sourcing strategies. * Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to meet hiring goals. * Maintain and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure smooth recruitment operations. * Track and report on recruitment KPIs and metrics to support data-driven decisions. * Schedule interviews across time zones and support onboarding processes.
