Job Title - Technical PM Location - Mississauga - ON Hybrid JD Skills and experiences required · 3 years or more as a scrum master. · SAFe Scrum master certification a MUST · 2 years or more as an advanced-level Jira user. Roles and responsibilities Leading stakeholders through the Project Life Cycle and provide technical delivery management Scrum Master assist agile teams in meeting delivery goals through agile practices. Working closely with project delivery teams (including: Dev Ops, Prod. Support, QA and Release Delivery) to ensure successful code release to production and Business Validation testing Facilitates iteration events including daily standup, sprint planning, backlog refinement, team demo, and retrospective. Facilitates adoption of agile values and principles, and ensuring that the team knows how to plan, execute, review, and retrospect based on agile practices. Coaches on consistent delivery of iteration goals under scrum practices and flow improvements under Kanban practices. Trains and coaches teams on using Jira efficiently and effectively, how best to design a work breakdown structure in Jira and adhering to Jira guidelines Ensure Jira is the source of truth with timely updates for work and risks/issues. Promotes cross team collaboration on dependency management and thought partnership. Fosters a positive environment for high performance teams through self-organization, self-management, continuous improvements, and increased effectiveness of agile practices. Proactively identifies and resolves impediments.
