Senior Project Manager – Digital Identity Edinburgh (hybrid flexibility) Our client delivers bespoke Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions worldwide to simplify onboarding, enhance security, and improve operational efficiency Your Role: Senior Project Manager As a pivotal member of the delivery team, you will: Lead full lifecycle software projects – delivering on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. Shape the Delivery Operating Model – streamline resource planning, end-to-end controls, and efficiency. Manage stakeholder engagement – align internal teams, clients, partners on scope, requirements, and outcomes. Drive continuous improvement – boost effectiveness with ISO 9001/27001 best practices. Proactively identify and mitigate risks – maintain smooth project delivery. Track performance – report key metrics to senior leadership. What You’ll Bring: ✅ Proven track record managing complex IAM software projects (budgets, risks, timelines) ✅ Excellent communicator and relationship-builder across colleague and client teams ✅ Agile proficiency (SCRUM, Kanban boards via ADO) full SDLC knowledge ✅ Inspiring leader and coach, fostering continuous improvement ✅ Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects ✅ Experience supporting presales and bid activities ✅ Right to work in the UK, ready for BS7858 screening and possible SC-clearance projects
