Oracle EPBCS Manager

Our client, a global consulting firm with a strong Oracle EPM practice, is looking for an experienced Oracle EPBCS Manager to lead solution delivery, drive architectural decisions, and play an active role in business development. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage delivery teams, shape client solutions, and help win new work by acting as a trusted subject matter expert. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) implementations. Own the solution architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with client business goals. Guide technical and functional teams through design, build, test, and deployment phases. Act as the senior point of contact for clients throughout delivery, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. Serve as a go-to expert for Oracle EPBCS within the firm and with clients. Stay current with Oracle EPM Cloud updates and best practices. Mentor junior consultants and support internal knowledge development. Participate in client pursuits by leading demos, answering RFPs/RFIs, and presenting at orals. Work closely with the sales team to shape proposals and align solutions with client needs. Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support upselling efforts. Required Skills and Experience: 4 years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions, including at least 2 years working with EPBCS. Proven track record of leading successful cloud EPM implementations. Deep understanding of financial planning processes and how they translate into Oracle EPM architecture. Strong client-facing skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders. Comfortable participating in business development activities including demos and proposals. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities. Programming experience in Groovy, Python, JavaScript or similar is a plus.
