Principal Adaptive Planning Consultant

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for mid to enterprise clients Engage directly with CFOs, FDs, and FP&A teams to understand requirements and design fit-for-purpose models Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and oversee configuration and delivery Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication Provide quality assurance across deliverables and ensure adherence to project standards Support pre-sales activity, including demos, scoping, and proposal development Mentor and support junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team Requirements Proven experience leading Adaptive Planning implementations, ideally in a consultancy setting Strong understanding of FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and working in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of related systems (e.g., Workday Financials, NetSuite, Anaplan) is a bonus Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and Europe when required
